Gallery Delivery - A password-protected online gallery containing 50+ images will be delivered within 2-3 weeks after your session. - You have 2 months to download your gallery before it is taken offline. Digital Images & Copyright - All images are the exclusive property of Fine Lines by Laura. The client receives a personal-use license to print and share images. - Clients may not use images for commercial purposes or alter/edit photos in any way without prior consent. Social Media Use - Fine Lines by Laura retains the right to use images from your session for marketing, portfolio, and social media. - Clients are kindly asked to credit the photographer when sharing photos on social media, tagging @finelinesbylaura and/or Fine Lines by Laura. Additional Retouching - If you request any additional retouching or edits after your gallery has been delivered, these will be accommodated at a rate of $100 per hour. Travel Fee - A travel fee may apply for sessions held outside the Newcastle area. Liability - Fine Lines by Laura is not responsible for any injuries, property damage, or loss during the session. - The client assumes responsibility for their own well-being and that of any accompanying children. Rescheduling and Cancellation - If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your session to arrange an alternative date. - If Fine Lines by Laura must reschedule due to an emergency, we will work with you to find a convenient time. By typing your name below, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement.
